YOUR ASSETS
Pay to Play
We present a Due Diligence Package to all of our investors on each property we acquire. Our minimum capital requirement is $25,000 for most investment opportunities. We ask that you sign our Investor's Agreement and include a bank statement to provide proof of funds. Investment deals are secured with a $1000 deposit. If you are interested in becoming a credit partner, we have opportunities available as well.
SECURITY
Your Best Interest
Your investment is secured by the real estate. Investors hold second lien position on the property as a guarantee that they will be paid back before Gaspard Properties. We work for you and do not take it lightly that you have invested your money with us. We always put the investor's interest ahead of Gaspard Properties.

Expanding your investment portfolio to include real estate is a great idea. We are dedicated to fully transparent transactions and progressive relationships that create win-wins for all involved. We want to be the trusted stewards of your assets, and can offer a higher ROI than typical market investments provide.
TIMELINES
Payout
With each property we acquire, there are multiple capital investment opportunities that are available to our investors. Each investment is unique unto itself. We have six-month minimums for rehab properties, and if you are looking for long term cash flow, then Owner Finance properties will be a great fit as an investment for you.
PRIORITY
The Advantage
Upon receipt of your invested funds at the close of your term, you will also have first right of refusal for reinvestment over any new investors on any properties that Gaspard Properties currently has, or is in the process of acquiring. This ensures that you can get in on the latest deals and continue growing your money.
